Super6soccer Pty Ltd (Super6) (ACN 137 395 281) directly owns and manages the Super 6 Soccer brand of six a side soccer competitions, at various locations in Australia.
Promotions:
From time to time Super 6 may send you information promoting its six a side soccer competitions.
Collection of Personal Information:
As part of these Promotions or of the Registration to Play process Super6 may collect your personal information. We only collect personal information in a fair and lawful manner.
Supplying personal information is a required part of the Registration to Play process. If you do not want to supply that information, Super6 may exclude your entry from participation in the Six a side Soccer competitions it manages . If this occurs Super6 will not retain any information about you that may have been supplied.
Use of Information by Super6:
If you Register to Play with Super6, unless otherwise advised, you also agree to allow Super6 to use your information for any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes for any Super6 brand or product. If Super6 collected your personal information in relation to any one of its brands, you may receive material for the promotion of any other brand in the Super6 portfolio.
From time to time Super6 takes photographs and videos of players and teams as part of super6 competitions. By agreeing to this policy you agree to allow your image to be used anonymously in Super6 promotions, marketing and publicity. Please note photographs supplied by players during registration are only used by super6 and its officials and referees to identify players taking part in fixtures and are never used for any promotional or marketing purpose
In this respect we may send you special offers, newsletters, information about competitions or new venues, or even seek your opinion about our products. You are not compelled to respond to any contact we may make with you. Should you request us to do so, Super6 will archive your information and you will not hear from us again.
Non Disclosure of Personal Information:
Super6 will not release any of your personal information to any third party, unless required by law, without first obtaining your permission.
Your personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
Access to Personal Information:
You can gain access to the information Super6 holds about you at any time by contacting us. We endeavour to keep the information you supply us accurate and up to date. If you feel the information we hold about you is incorrect please contact us and we will amend your details immediately.
Removal from List:
Please contact Super6 if you do not wish your information to be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
