Junior registration

Registration

One registration fee is paid upfront and that's it! No ongoing fees like indoor!

This new season we are offering a much bigger early bird discount. (applies Jun 14 to July 31, 2010)

We are serious about getting organised early and we are offering a 10% early bird discount (up from 6% on last year) for our first competition in Spring.

You get about 11-12 rounds or 14 rounds in total if you make the finals!

Your registration includes comprehensive injury insurance, fully dressed pitches or fields, balls, goals, qualified and reliable referees, marshals, competition scheduling and tables, prizes for the winners and of course the Xmas party for everybody in December.

Team numbers -Junior Teams

Junior players will receive a brand new quality uniform which includes shirt, shorts and socks and is there's to keep! (you cannot use last years uniform)

Our under 6 to under 9 competitions will now be 7 a side (7 players on the field instead of our normal 6 players). Anyone entering a junior team that will play in the under 6 to under 9 competitions will need to register a minimum of 8 players (although we recommend 9 players, that is 2 reserves)

Our under 10 to under 15 competitions will remain 6 a side.  Anyone entering a junior team that will play in the under 8 to under 15 competitions can now register a minimum of 7 players.(although we recommend 8 players, that is 2 reserves)

Online registration

All registrations must now be done through this website via the "Register to play"  or "Register now" pages. (before you go there read below)

You can register a whole team or register as an individual .

Junior teams (u6-u9) - you must register a minimum of 8 players to be eligible to play in this competition .Junior teams (u10-u15) - you must register a minimum of 7 players to be eligible to play in this competition

3 Ways to register online  (The quickest way to register a team! See Option 2)

1. Register a whole team and pay the registration fee for the team.

Do do this successfully you will need each player's personal details including a digital photo of each player. You will enter each player's details and upload their photos and pay the whole amount for all the players you have included. You can only do this in one go so you will need each and every players personal details and digital photos - if you don't have something you will end to start again.

2. Register a team via email invitation (easiest method) by team organiser

You  register yourself as organiser and then type or paste in the email addresses of each player you would like to invite to join your team. They receive notification via email asking them to join your team - they then submit their own details and pay their own fee. You receive notification when they have done this. The moment you have the required number of players your team has completed the registration.

You can invite as many players as you want and can register up to 11 Junior players.

If you want to enter a junior team but don't have enough players (only have 2 or more players) register through the team entry method - that way I know the players you register want to remain together

If you want to enter a team using the above method, do the following:

Online "step by step" process

  1. Decide amongst your friends or parents who will be the team organiser
  2. Team organiser to collect all parents email addresses and tell them all to ensure that their computer is set to allow/enable cookies before they click on the email invitation - link to register. (see help section on registering online)
  3. Tell them they will need a digital photo of their child to be able to complete the online registration as well as a credit card.
  4. Make sure your computer is set to allow/enable cookies and make sure you have a digital photo of yourself or your child
  5. Go to "register now" page and:
  6. Register your details via the team entry invitation method
  7. Paste the emails of parents/guardians of players you want to invite to register.
  8. Upload current photo of yourself or your child
  9. Pay via credit card for yourself or your child
  10. Your parents of players you invited will all receive an email with a link for them to click and register and pay for  their children (via credit card). This includes uploading a digital photo of their child.
  11. When you as the organiser register via the email invitation method -you will need to put in a team name and password. You can use this to check progress of who has registered - You can go in on the home page top right hand corner "Team organiser" button

Things to note when registering this way:
  • Team organiser- If you start the process then you stop or leave the rego page, you will need to go back in and start the rego from the start.

  • Team organiser- when pasting emails ensure their is a comma or semi colon between each email address or it will not work.

  • Team invitee -If you start to register and you stop and leave the rego page, you will need to start again via the email link - do not go to the website directly. If you feel you can do it all and can't rely on others to get their act together to register themselves - choose Option 1

3. Register as an individual (if its just you or just your child)

We prefer whole teams to register but if you are on your own or you are a parent whose child is a single player and would like to play you will need to register as a single by submitting all the details requested including uploading a photo of your child and then pay the single registration fee. We will endeavour to put your child in a team but there is no guarantee that we will be able to place your child in a team.

Please note

  • Team organisers for junior teams can register a team and all they need to know is each parent's or guardian's email address.(option 2)
  • Team organisers can be a parent or coach (with or without their own kids).
  • Junior teams (under 6 to under 9) must have a minimum of 8 players registered in their team. (Max of 11)
  • Junior teams (under 10 and under 15) must have a minimum of 7 players registered in their team. (Max of 10)
  • We will be offering an "early bird" discount (there will be no other discounts)
  • Juniors cannot use uniforms from previous years- all junior registrations will include a new uniform.(therefore no discount for using last years uniform as you will not be able to use it)
  • You can register additional players up to 6 weeks into the competition (full fee must be paid) in cash to competition manager
  • You cannot have another player take over a registration of a player who has decided to stop playing.
  • Refunds will not be provided if a player stops playing for whatever reason.
  • Super6Soccer has the final say if a team can or cannot participate in its competition. Factors such as past suspensions and bans (with Super 6 and with Soccer NSW), poor conduct of players who have participated in previous Super 6 competitions and unfinancial teams or players may be refused entry.
  • A number of fields are compulsory so you will need to submit the details where you see an asterix. We strongly recommend you  provide two email addresses as we will be emailing participants of any changes and cancellations to schedules etc... We also provide sms updates when we need to contact all participants immediately so we strongly recommend you provide your own and all senior players (or players' parents) mobile phone numbers.
